NEW £50M WOODLAND CARBON GUARANTEE SCHEME

This is a brand new scheme launched this week to encourage tree planting on farms to help the Governement to meet their target of planting 11 million trees by 2022!

The grant involves selling the Carbon Credits from your new woodland back to the Government at a guaranteed rate for 35 years, but you also have the option of selling the carbon credits on the open market.
